Cathy Bollinger approached Benjamin & Bond to address a critical need within the aging community: the lack of comprehensive planning for quality of life in later years, beyond just retirement savings. Many individuals avoid confronting the realities of their evolving needs and desires as they age.
Our objective was to design and develop a brand and online platform specifically for adults aged 50 and over. This platform would empower them to navigate various opportunities for education, enrichment, and social connection by leveraging local resources.
In collaboration with Cathy, we successfully developed a responsive brand system, a coaching strategy, and a user experience for the online platform and various marketing assets. Additionally, we created a pitch deck to help Cathy secure further support, investors, and partners within the York community. The overarching goal was to help individuals aged 50 and over to navigate their aging journey effectively.
There is a reason the wise old owl is a symbol for wisdom. Designed with simple, clean shapes and warm colors. We built a responsive brand with a knowledgeable, friendly, honest and hopeful feel to it.
The user experience for the online platform needed to continue the simple and clean approach from the branding. It needed to be flexible enough to respond to increased font sizing. Seamlessly integrate with Calendly and offer a personalized quiz that would help the online coach offer more focused guidance.
